Who this is for

Workspace users evaluating whether content is being discovered and engaged with.

Where analytics data comes from

Analytics reflects aggregated search performance for your AI subdomain:

  • How often content appears

  • How users interact after seeing it

For new workspaces, data appears gradually.

Metrics explained (read in order)

Impressions — visibility

  • Shows how often your content appears in search results.

  • This is usually the first signal to move.

Clicks — traffic

  • Shows how many users visit from search results.

  • Clicks often lag impressions early on.

Click-through rate (CTR) — relevance

  • Indicates how compelling your result looks once seen. Low CTR usually improves as coverage and relevance grow.

Average position — prominence

  • Shows ranking strength, not engagement.

  • Strong position with low clicks often means early lifecycle content.

Reading metrics together

  • Impressions → discovery

  • Clicks → traffic

  • CTR → relevance

  • Position → ranking strength

No single metric tells the full story.

How to confirm success

You’re using analytics well when:

  • You can explain trends using multiple metrics

  • You know whether issues are visibility or engagement related
