Use this guide if your AI subdomain isn’t loading or shows DNS or SSL warnings after setup.
Before you start (important)
Your AI subdomain cannot go live until DNS is fully verified.
DNS propagation and SSL provisioning depend on external providers and can take time.
Step 1: Confirm DNS verification status
What to check
Pending → DNS is still propagating (most common)
Verified → Hosting and publishing are enabled
If status is Pending, waiting is usually the correct action.
Step 2: Check common DNS issues
At your DNS provider, confirm:
Records were added to the correct domain/subdomain
No extra spaces or missing characters
No conflicting A / AAAA / CNAME records
Proxy/CDN is disabled if required
Fixing these resolves most issues.
Step 3: Allow time for SSL provisioning
Once DNS is verified:
SSL is issued automatically
Temporary browser warnings may appear
These usually resolve on their own
If SSL warnings persist after verification, contact support.
When to contact support
Contact Searcle support if:
DNS shows Verified but the subdomain won’t load
SSL warnings persist longer than expected
