Who this is for

This article is for users who want to sign up for Searcle themselves and create a new workspace.

Use this guide if:

  • You were not invited to an existing Searcle workspace

  • You want to create a new workspace from scratch

  • You are setting up Searcle for the first time

What you’ll do

You’ll sign up for Searcle, create your workspace, review the information Searcle gathers about your company, prepare your workspace for launch, and complete the required steps to make your AI subdomain live.

You can access your workspace as soon as it’s created.

Setup is not complete until your domain is verified and your AI subdomain is live.

Step 1 — Sign up and access your workspace

Go to:

Choose a sign-in method:

  • Continue with Google

  • Sign in with email (magic link)

If you use email sign-in, enter your work email and select the link sent to your inbox. No password is required.

After your first login, you can return anytime via the same sign-in page using Google or a new magic link.

Step 2 — Create your workspace

On your first login, Searcle asks for a few required details to create your workspace.

You’ll be prompted to provide:

  • Your name

  • Company name

    • This allows Searcle to gather background information about your brand.

  • Content subdomain

    • This is where your AI-driven content will live (for example, ai.yourcompany.com).

Using ai as the subdomain prefix is recommended, but you can choose another prefix that fits your brand guidelines. Finish onboarding to create your workspace.

Step 3 — Let Searcle gather your company information

Right after onboarding, you’ll land on the Knowledge Base page with a short list of “Looking up…” items. This is a live checklist showing what Searcle is gathering about your company.

This may include:

  • Basic company information

  • Products and services

  • Ideal customer profiles (ICPs)

  • Use cases and case studies

  • Brand voice, tone, and writing style

  • Competitors

  • Industry trends and competitive signals

  • Trust and compliance information (for example, privacy frameworks)

  • Third-party citations (news and industry publications)

There’s nothing you need to do during this step.

Give it a few minutes for the process to complete.

Once finished, you’ll be able to review and update all gathered information.

Step 4 — Prepare your workspace before going live

Once your workspace is created and initial research is complete, review and configure the information that will be publicly visible.

These actions are not required to activate your subdomain, but completing them first ensures what goes live is accurate and on-brand.

Review your company information

Company information powers Searcle’s content and AI answers.

You should review it early to:

  • Correct inaccuracies or outdated details

  • Add missing context about products, use cases, or brand voice

  • Remove information that doesn’t apply

Review pre-generated content

Searcle may generate initial content for your workspace.

Reviewing this content helps you:

  • Understand what will be published

  • Edit or remove anything that isn’t accurate

  • Confirm tone and structure before going live

Configure personalization

Personalization controls branding elements like logos, CTAs, and page styling.

Configuring this before activation ensures:

  • Your AI subdomain matches your brand

  • Users see the correct visual and messaging from day one

Step 5 — Verify your domain to complete setup

Your Searcle setup is not complete until your domain is verified and your AI subdomain is live.

Domain verification is required to:

  • Make your AI subdomain publicly accessible

  • Enable publishing and hosting features

  • Complete Searcle setup

Until domain verification is complete:

  • You can access your workspace

  • Your AI subdomain is not live

  • Publishing and hosting features remain inactive

Completing domain verification requires admin access to your domain’s DNS provider.

If you don’t manage DNS yourself, invite the teammate who does so they can complete verification.

What you can do next

After your domain is verified and your AI subdomain is live, you can continue expanding and optimizing your setup:

    • Collaborate on setup, content, and ongoing management.
      Invite and manage team members

Troubleshooting

  • Invite the teammate who manages DNS so they can complete domain verification.
