This article is for Searcle workspace users who want control over the topics and keywords that drive automated content creation.
All workspace users can review, add, approve, reject, and manage keywords.
What you’ll do
You’ll use Search Optimization Studio to:
Review keywords recommended by Searcle
Add your own keywords or topics
Evaluate keyword opportunity using multiple scores
Approve or reject keywords for content generation
Only approved keywords are used to create content.
Once approved, keywords are scheduled automatically and used to generate content over time.
Start here: open Search Optimization Studio
Sign in to Searcle.
Open your workspace.
Select Search Optimization Studio from the left navigation.
Make sure the Keywords tab is selected.
What Search Optimization Studio is
Search Optimization Studio is where you define and manage your keyword strategy in Searcle.
Searcle continuously analyzes search behavior, competition, and intent to recommend keywords with strong organic growth potential. By default, your workspace is populated with keywords Searcle believes are high-ROI opportunities.
You can choose to:
Use only Searcle’s recommendations
Add your own keywords / Prompt
Use a combination of both
Searcle guides keyword quality, but you always retain final approval.
How keywords are generated
Keywords are generated automatically on a recurring cadence based on your plan.
Auto-generated keywords:
Are pre-evaluated using multiple scoring signals
Enter the In Review state by default
Can be approved, rejected, reset, or deleted
You can also add keywords manually at any time.
Add your own keywords
To add keywords manually:
Open Add Keywords
Paste or type one keyword per line.
Click Add Keywords
Manually added keywords follow the same review and approval process as system-generated keywords.
Review keywords and scores
Use the filters above the table to narrow results by:
Status: In Review, Approved, Rejected
Content type: blog posts, product pages, comparison pages, landing pages, and more
The table scrolls horizontally and includes scores such as:
Fit Score
ICP Relevancy Score
Buying Intent Score
Keyword Difficulty
Search Volume Score
CPC Score
Content Gap Score
Rank Improvement Score
Preferred Content Type
Use these scores together to assess overall opportunity rather than relying on a single metric.
Approve, reject, reset, or delete keywords
Available actions depend on the keyword’s current status.
Approve a keyword
Find a keyword with In Review status.
Click Approve.
Approved keywords become eligible for content generation.
Reject a keyword
Click Reject.
Rejected keywords will not be used for content creation.
Reset a keyword
Click Reset to return a keyword to In Review.
This is useful if you want to reconsider a previous decision.
Delete a rejected keyword
Find a keyword with Rejected status.
Click Delete to permanently remove it.
⚠️ Deletion is irreversible and only available for rejected keywords.
What happens after approval
When a keyword is approved:
Searcle schedules content generation automatically
Content is created periodically based on your plan
Drafts appear in the Content Hub for review
You can edit, refine, and publish content from there.
How to confirm success
You’re successfully using Search Optimization Studio when:
Keywords have clear statuses and populated scores
Approved keywords align with your business priorities
New draft content begins appearing in the Content Hub over time
Troubleshooting
I approved keywords but don’t see content yet
Content is generated on a schedule. Wait and check again later.
Scores are missing or blank
If scores don’t populate after waiting, contact Searcle support.
I don’t see new keywords being generated
Keyword generation cadence depends on your plan. If nothing appears after a full cycle, contact support.
