1. Add Your Subdomain in Searcle
In Searcle → Hosting, you’ll see two CNAME records:
Content record
Connects your subdomain (e.g.,
ai) to Searcle.
SSL verification record
Long string starting with
_used to issue HTTPS.
Each shows:
Type: CNAME
Name: Provided by Searcle
Value: Copy exactly as shown
2. Add the DNS Records (Shopify or Your Domain Provider)
Go to your domain’s DNS settings and add both CNAME records.
➡️ Do NOT delete or modify your existing Shopify A or CNAME records for your store — they power your live site.
3. Verify Your Domain
Return to Searcle → Hosting
Click Verify DNS configuration
Once verified, your content will go live within minutes
⏱ DNS propagation: 5 minutes → 24–48 hours
If it fails at first, wait and try again later.
🔒 Safety Tips
Don’t remove your root domain’s A record — that hosts your main Shopify site.
DNS must match exactly (no extra spaces or missing dots).
If you use Cloudflare, ensure Proxy = DNS Only for these records.
