Who this is for

This article is for anyone new to Searcle who wants to understand how onboarding works and where to begin.

What you’ll do

You’ll learn what “getting started” means in Searcle and choose the correct setup path based on how your workspace was created.

How getting started works in Searcle

Getting started with Searcle means activating your workspace so your AI subdomain can go live and publish content.

Most users move through a few shared stages during onboarding:

  • Access your workspace

  • Review your company information

  • Review and manage generated content

  • Customize branding and presentation

  • Verify your domain so the AI subdomain can go live

Some steps are required, while others can be completed later. The exact order and entry point depend on how your workspace was created.

Choose your setup path

If you were invited to a workspace

In most cases, Searcle sets up the workspace first and then invites you to join.

If this applies to you, start here:

You’ll accept your invitation, access your workspace, review company information, and complete the steps required to activate your AI subdomain.

If you’re signing up yourself

Some users create their own workspace using self-serve signup.

If this applies to you, start here:

You’ll create a new workspace, complete first-time onboarding, review the information Searcle gathers about your company, and prepare your workspace for activation.

What happens after setup

Once your workspace is active and your domain is verified, you can use Searcle’s core features to manage and grow your AI content. This includes reviewing content, customizing branding, inviting teammates, and monitoring performance over time.
